Efectis, with more than 70 years of experience as an independent third-party assessor in the fire performance of products, systems or constructions, is now working with the Manchester Airport Transformation Programme. The scope of work includes reviewing the fire strategy and producing fire assessments to maintain the high level of fire safety needed for such a project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manchester Airport is investing more than \u00a31bn to give the North of England the world-class international gateway it deserves. This project plans to extend the footprint of the airport by more than 150% and help it become a top 10 European Airport and one of two primary international gateways in the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Manchester Airport Transformation Programme (https:\/\/www.mantp.co.uk\/<\/a>) will modernise and transform the customer service experience on offer to passengers and airlines whilst allowing the airport to continue its role as a job creator and economic provider for the region. The programme comprises a series of enhancements that will provide passengers with facilities that combine a contemporary look and feel, with state-of-the-art services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
