The unavailability of the full-scale fa\u00e7ade fire test rigs has made it extremely hard to address all the requests with the urgency required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a leader in fire testing, Efectis has been working to increase fire testing and certification capabilities in the UK and Ireland. As a result, the first new full-scale fa\u00e7ade test rig located in Belfast is now ready to host the UKAS accredited fire testing.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GP010008-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9663\" srcset=\"https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GP010008-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GP010008-180x101.jpg 180w, https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GP010008.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>This new facility is unique, as it can offer the measurement of heat release rate and toxicity during the fire test. At the same time, Efectis UK\/Ireland is still offering intermediate scale fire testing according to 13785-1.
