{"id":48149,"date":"2021-04-28T13:28:44","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T11:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/efectis.com\/?p=48149"},"modified":"2021-04-28T13:41:39","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T11:41:39","slug":"developpement-dune-approche-europeenne-devaluation-du-comportement-au-feu-des-facades-evaluation-de-la-source-combustible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/efectis.com\/fr\/developpement-dune-approche-europeenne-devaluation-du-comportement-au-feu-des-facades-evaluation-de-la-source-combustible\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une approche europ\u00e9enne d&#8217;\u00e9valuation du comportement au feu des fa\u00e7ades &#8211; Evaluation de la source combustible"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Efectis a r\u00e9cemment r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie d\u2019essais dans le but d\u2019\u00e9valuer la source combustible et de d\u00e9velopper une m\u00e9thode harmonis\u00e9e au niveau europ\u00e9en pour \u00e9valuer le comportement au feu des fa\u00e7ades.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;essais a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour \u00e9valuer l&#8217;exposition \u00e0 la chaleur de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon d&#8217;essai, en utilisant diff\u00e9rentes configurations de caissons en bois en fonction de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques, et en utilisant deux types d&#8217;exposition au feu &#8211; exposition \u00e9lev\u00e9e et moyenne &#8211; conform\u00e9ment aux normes DIN 4102-20 et BS 8414.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres utilis\u00e9s tels que les quantit\u00e9s de combustible, le type de combustible, la forme de la chambre de combustion et les conditions de ventilation, et comme des donn\u00e9es extr\u00eamement limit\u00e9es sont disponibles sur l&#8217;exposition \u00e0 la chaleur de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon d&#8217;essai, il n&#8217;est pas possible de comparer les diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;essai. Par cons\u00e9quent, le choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait de conserver la source de chaleur et toutes les sp\u00e9cifications associ\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie BS 8414 et \u00e0 la norme DIN 4102-20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La source de chaleur a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans la m\u00eame chambre de combustion afin de prendre en compte l&#8217;impact d&#8217;un tel environnement sur le comportement au feu. Pour \u00e9valuer l&#8217;influence du syst\u00e8me sur la fa\u00e7ade, une partie de fa\u00e7ade incombustible a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e au-dessus de la chambre de combustion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour s&#8217;assurer que la m\u00e9thode choisie a une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et une reproductibilit\u00e9 suffisantes, le programme d\u2019essai a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les variations des principaux param\u00e8tres comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessous:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Effet de l\u2019environnement<\/li><li>Tol\u00e9rances n\u00e9cessaires pour la source combustible<ul><li>Types de bois<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Densit\u00e9 du bois (kg\/m3)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Teneur en humidit\u00e9 (%)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Ventilation du caisson<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Volume de la chambre<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Finition de surface<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Mesure de l\u2019exposition \u00e0 la chaleur de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon d\u2019essai<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour chaque essai, une s\u00e9rie de mesures et de calculs a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e pour caract\u00e9riser chaque caisson&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La ou les p\u00e9riodes d\u2019exposition<\/li><li>La temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de la chambre de combustion (\u00b0C).<\/li><li>La temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 1 m devant le caisson en bois (\u00b0C).<\/li><li>Le taux de d\u00e9gagement de chaleur (kW).<\/li><li>La perte de masse (kg).<\/li><li>Le flux de chaleur \u00e0 1 m devant le caisson en bois (kW\/m\u00b2).<\/li><li>Le d\u00e9gagement total de chaleur (MJ).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"309\" height=\"513\" src=\"https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Large-exposure-test.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"47794\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Large-exposure-test.png\" data-link=\"https:\/\/efectis.com\/fr\/large-exposure-test-2\/\" class=\"wp-image-47794\" srcset=\"https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Large-exposure-test.png 309w, https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Large-exposure-test-181x300.png 181w, https:\/\/efectis.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Large-exposure-test-159x264.png 159w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif principal de ces essais est de valider la sensibilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es de la m\u00e9thode d\u2019\u00e9valuation avant la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une campagne d\u2019essais inter laboratoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact: Talal Fateh &#8211;
