{"id":85813,"date":"2024-10-28T09:50:46","date_gmt":"2024-10-28T08:50:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/efectis.com\/?p=85813"},"modified":"2024-10-29T15:08:32","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T14:08:32","slug":"iter-project-letancheite-cest-la-surete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/efectis.com\/fr\/iter-project-letancheite-cest-la-surete\/","title":{"rendered":"ITER projet : L\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, c\u2019est la s\u00fbret\u00e9 !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ITER (en latin le \u00ab chemin \u00bb) est le projet de construction du plus grand tokamak jamais con\u00e7u, une machine qui doit d\u00e9montrer que la fusion \u2014 l&#8217;\u00e9nergie du Soleil et des \u00e9toiles \u2014 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme source d&#8217;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une des fonctions de s\u00fbret\u00e9 majeures du projet est d\u2019assurer le confinement du c\u0153ur du tokamak, constitu\u00e9 d&#8217;une chambre \u00e0 vide en forme d&#8217;anneau. Cette fonction est assur\u00e9e par plusieurs barri\u00e8res, dans le cadre de la d\u00e9fense en profondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de permettre des mesures p\u00e9riodiques de param\u00e8tres vitaux du processus, certains \u00e9quipements doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9s temporairement \u00e0 cette chambre \u00e0 vide. La ligne connect\u00e9e devient alors partie de la barri\u00e8re de confinement, et son \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9e dans toutes les conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus d\u2019essai se devait d\u2019\u00eatre innovant, pour g\u00e9rer en m\u00eame temps des mesures de fuite d\u2019h\u00e9lium pr\u00e9cises jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10-11 Pa.m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019instruments de pointe, et une \u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature jusqu\u2019\u00e0 200\u00b0C reproduisant l\u2019impact d\u2019un incendie sur les \u00e9quipements. Devant l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 d\u2019installer l\u2019ensemble du dispositif dans une chambre chaude, notre client F4E a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure impliquant l\u2019utilisation de bandes chauffantes autour des \u00e9quipements \u00e0 conditionner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ici que rentre en sc\u00e8ne Efectis ! En effet, trois comp\u00e9tences fondamentales sont requises. Les deux premi\u00e8res sont l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de projets nucl\u00e9aires, notamment d\u2019ITER et la ma\u00eetrise de la temp\u00e9rature, ce qui correspond \u00e0 l\u2019expertise d\u2019Efectis. La troisi\u00e8me concerne la maitrise du processus de contr\u00f4le des fuites \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00e9lium, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue gr\u00e2ce aux services de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 MISTRAS et de ses inspecteurs niveau 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, un projet men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien, en collaboration \u00e9troite avec des clients exigeants sur le plan de la qualit\u00e9, de la culture s\u00fbret\u00e9 et du respect du planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Epilogue : tous les \u00e9quipements ont pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les essais et sont donc qualifi\u00e9s pour participer au projet ITER !
