{"id":91759,"date":"2026-05-18T10:28:22","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T08:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/efectis.com\/?p=91759"},"modified":"2026-05-18T14:23:52","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T12:23:52","slug":"risques-dincendie-des-batteries-li-ion-en-trottinettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/efectis.com\/fr\/risques-dincendie-des-batteries-li-ion-en-trottinettes\/","title":{"rendered":"Risques d\u2019incendie des batteries Li-ion en trottinettes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Efectis est partenaire du projet de recherche \u00ab\u00a0Batteries Lithium-Ion\u00a0: pr\u00e9vention et protection\u00a0\u00bb, financ\u00e9 par la fondation MAIF pour la recherche et d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques li\u00e9s aux batteries lithium-ion utilis\u00e9es par les particuliers (t\u00e9l\u00e9phones, trottinettes, etc.).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce cadre, Efectis a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 six essais \u00e0 \u00e9chelle r\u00e9elle de feux de trottinettes \u00e9lectriques et de leurs batteries sur son site des Aveni\u00e8res, en se concentrant sur le comportement du feu, les temp\u00e9ratures des gaz et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de batteries, les flux thermiques \u00e0 distance et les \u00e9missions de gaz et de toxiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux montrent un important d\u00e9gagement de gaz au moment de l\u2019emballement thermique, souvent sans inflammation. L&#8217;inflammation des gaz survient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement peu apr\u00e8s. Le confinement des cellules de batterie par un bo\u00eetier robuste (acier plut\u00f4t que plastique) semble intensifier le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, et joue donc un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le comportement face au risque thermique. Les emballements thermiques successifs entra\u00eenent des inflammations r\u00e9currentes, avec des projections de mat\u00e9riaux incandescents et des jets de flammes atteignant des distances jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 2 m\u00e8tres. Les temp\u00e9ratures lors de la combustion peuvent atteindre 800\u00b0C, avec une moyenne de 250\u00b0C sur 10 minutes.
