ETA belgesi ise, \u00fcreticilere Yap\u0131 Malzemeleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi (AB) 305\/2011 kapsam\u0131nda uyumla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir Avrupa standard\u0131 (hEN) kapsam\u0131na girmeyen yap\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u00e7in CE i\u015faretlemesi yolunu a\u00e7ar. CE i\u015fareti, \u00fcreticinin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcm Avrupa Ekonomik Alan\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u0130svi\u00e7re ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de serbest\u00e7e pazarlamas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cephe \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m kompozit sistemleri \/ mantolama paket sistemleri veya mevzuattaki ad\u0131yla ETICS, yukar\u0131da listelenen EAD dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131na tabi ve ETA belgesi ile birlikte Performans\u0131n De\u011fi\u015fmezli\u011fi belgesi e\u015fli\u011finde CE i\u015faretlenmesi yap\u0131labilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdendir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m sistemleri i\u00e7in tan\u0131ml\u0131 EAD\u2019lar, sistem performans\u0131n\u0131n bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak test edilmesini zorunlu k\u0131lan, bir araya getirilen sistem bile\u015fenlerinin (\u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, s\u0131va, donat\u0131 filesi, y\u00fczey kaplama malzemeleri ve sistem i\u00e7indeki t\u00fcm bile\u015fenler) nihai performans\u0131n\u0131, ger\u00e7ek ko\u015fullar\u0131 sim\u00fcle eden testler ile belirleyen kapsaml\u0131 bir test ve belgelendirme s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erir. EAD\u2019a g\u00f6re ETA (Avrupa Teknik De\u011ferlendirmesi) Belgesi, Avrupa Teknik De\u011ferlendirme (EOTA) kurulu\u015fundan ETICS i\u00e7in onay alm\u0131\u015f bir Teknik Onay Kurumu (TAB) taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin; s\u0131val\u0131 cephe \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m kompozit sistemleri i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli bulunan EAD 040083-00-0404 dokuman\u0131, sistem performans\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in komponent ve sistem baz\u0131nda Yang\u0131na Kar\u015f\u0131 Tepki testleri, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli duvarlar \u00fczerinde Higrotermal (sistemin ya\u011f\u0131\u015f, s\u0131cak ve so\u011fuk\/donma \u015fartlar\u0131 alt\u0131nda 25 y\u0131ll\u0131k performans\u0131n\u0131 simule eden) deneyi ve sonras\u0131nda y\u00fczeyde kabarma, \u00e7atlama kontrol\u00fc, darbe direnci, perforasyon testi gibi deneyleri de i\u00e7eren zorlu bir test s\u00fcrecini talep etmektedir. ETA ve Performans\u0131n S\u00fcreklili\u011fi belgeleri ise; bu test s\u00fcreci ile birlikte ilgili EAD\u2019da atanm\u0131\u015f Onaylanm\u0131\u015f Kurulu\u015f (Notified Body)\u2019nin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc FPC (Fabrika \u0130malat Kontrol) denetimi ve Sistem 1\u2019e g\u00f6re performans\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011finin de\u011ferlendirilmesi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin olumlu sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 halinde yay\u0131nlan\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efectis Era Avrasya, partneri Avrupa Teknik De\u011ferlendirme kurulu\u015fu ve Onaylanm\u0131\u015f Kurulu\u015f TZUS s.p
