D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda her y\u0131l bir milyondan fazla deprem meydana gelir; bu da ortalama olarak dakikada iki depreme kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelmektedir. \u00d6zellikle kentsel alanlarda ya\u015fanan b\u00fcy\u00fck depremler, en y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 do\u011fal afetler aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deprem sonras\u0131 olu\u015fan yang\u0131nlar; su bask\u0131nlar\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131m aksakl\u0131klar\u0131 ve ileti\u015fim kesintileri gibi ikincil afetler aras\u0131nda en kritik olanlardan biridir. Bu d\u00f6nemde yang\u0131nla m\u00fccadele imkanlar\u0131 ciddi \u015fekilde k\u0131s\u0131tlan\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, deprem sonras\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan yang\u0131nlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %50-75\u2019inin sars\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 takip eden ilk saatlerde ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yang\u0131nlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %70\u2019inin ise ilk g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde tetiklendi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 2011 B\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu Japonya Depremi\u2019nde toplam 348 yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 (ignisyon) kaydedilmi\u015ftir. Bu rakam d\u00fcnya genelinde bilinen en y\u00fcksek de\u011ferdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deprem sonras\u0131 yang\u0131nlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131 halk taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirken, \u00f6zellikle yan\u0131c\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 ve gaz yang\u0131nlar\u0131 i\u00e7in profesyonel itfaiye m\u00fcdahalesi gereklidir. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bu t\u00fcr yang\u0131nlarda ba\u015far\u0131 \u015fans\u0131 olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk ve Belirsizlik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depremlerin ne zaman ve nerede olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in, deprem sonras\u0131 yang\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve verece\u011fi zarar da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde belirsizlik ta\u015f\u0131r. Ancak ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanan depremler, al\u0131nacak baz\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerle riskin ciddi oranda azalt\u0131labilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 1906 San Francisco Depremi\u2019nde \u015fehirdeki y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n %80-95\u2019inin yang\u0131nlardan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. 1964 Niigata Depremi\u2019nde \u00e7\u0131kan petrol yang\u0131n\u0131 ise 12 g\u00fcn boyunca s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 1975 Haicheng Depremi\u2019nde \u00e7\u0131kan yang\u0131nlarda ise 341 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f, 980 ki\u015fi ise yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bina sahipleri, yerel y\u00f6netimler ve itfaiye te\u015fkilatlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kurulacak koordineli afet planlar\u0131, deprem
