The Group is managed by Management Board and an Executive Committee which are chaired by the President of Efectis Group. All members of the management board and the executive Committee are shareholders in the group’s shareholding, alongside the Fonds France Nucléaire and BPIFrance, and the historical shareholder CTICM.
