We have carried out a fire resistance test of a 3.5 meter height glazed partition for the first time by using our new furnace.
It allows us to expand in height up to 4 meters by raising the ceiling of the vertical furnace. It is normally used as a standard furnace size(3 x 3 m) and can be adjusted up to 4 meters in height roughly within 3 hours by easily suspending the ceiling on blocks on the furnace chamber. The pressure gradient and uniformity of the temperature complied with the standard successfully. It saves time and consumption instead of using fixed 4 meter height furnace.
