With effect from 1 January 2021, the recently published decree 2020-1169, the order of 24 September 2020 modifying the classification of hazardous industrial installations (ICPE), and some prescriptions given by the order of 11 April 2017 relating to warehouses, introduce significant changes to the applicable regulations, with respect not only to future installations but also to existing assets.
In particular, we can highlight:
- the modification of the classification thresholds of some of hazardous industrial installations
- the obligation to carry out a substantial inventory of the stored goods and the associated risks
- the generalization of fire defence plans
- the introduction of a principle of retroactivity with respect to existing installations.
Following the success of the Efectis Webinar on this subject, which took place on 10 December 2020, and a complete session on 21st January 2021, Efectis propose a new meeting on 18 March 2021 on the same theme. We therefore invite you to send us your requests for registration before 10 March by e-mail to the following address: risques.industriels@efectis.com.
As a member of the Association RESILIANCES, Efectis participates in the support of economic territories in the implementation of prevention and forecasting strategies to face major risks.
Please feel free to share this invitation with your colleagues who may also be interested.
